    A simple 30-day structure to get you out of survival mode and back in the driver's seat.

    1. Reserve your spot
    Sign up before December 31 2025 to lock in the year-end rate. You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to schedule your first session and short survey.

    2. Complete your Glow-Up intake
    You’ll answer a few focused questions about your role, your calendar, and the places where you’re feeling stuck or overloaded. This helps me design your Glow-Up plan before we even meet.

    3. Kick off session (Week 1)
    We’ll set your priorities, clarify what “good” looks like, and map the simple weekly rhythm you’ll use for the rest of the month.

    4. Weekly coaching + tools (Weeks 2–4)
    You’ll get three more 1:1 coaching sessions, plus your personalized Glow-Up Summary, a Calm Plan for your real workload, and scripts to help you reset expectations at work.

    5. Finish the month with clarity and momentum

    When does the Glow-Up start?
    Sessions begin in January. You’ll schedule your coaching sessions after you complete your intake form.

    How much time do I need each week?
    About one hour for coaching and another 20–30 minutes to apply the tools. The point is not to add work. It’s to remove the noise.

    Is this only for new managers?
    No. The Glow-Up is for anyone feeling stuck, overloaded, reactive, or spread too thin — regardless of title or time in role.

    What if I’ve never worked with a coach before?
    Perfect. This is designed to be approachable and pressure-free. You get clarity quickly, not a 12-week program you abandon on day six.

    Can my company pay for this?
    Yes. Many professionals use professional development funds. I can provide a simple receipt or invoice if needed. I cannot, however, direct bill your company.

    That’s exactly why the Glow-Up exists. You choose the dates that work for you, and the weekly rhythm you build will help calm the chaos.
